Our Pimm’s & Prosecco (and bottled beer) drinks package has something for everyone and is one of our most popular add-on options. This package takes care of all your arrival drinks, with everything included to ensure a smooth and stress-free service. That means glassware, staffing, garnishes, ice, and all sundry items are provided, and soft drinks are also fully included, ensuring there is something suitable for every guest.
The package price listed is based on 100 guests. However, we can cater for both larger and smaller weddings. Our pricing structure is dynamic, meaning the price per head typically decreases for larger guest numbers and increases slightly for smaller groups.
This flexible approach allows us to provide excellent value while ensuring every event receives the same professional service and attention to detail.
This package is 9.95+ VAT per head based on a minimum order of 100, we can cost for smaller weddings on request.
There are no hidden costs with our services. However, depending on the size of the event, a minimum order may apply for our advertised website prices to remain valid.
This is not always the case. For example, if drink packages are booked alongside our bar service, a minimum order is often not required.
If a minimum order does apply, we will always make this clear from the outset, ensuring you have full transparency when planning your event.
