One big Welcome
Sometimes it is just easier to let someone else take the strain on such an important day and you can rest easy knowing everything is in hand and enjoy your big event. This package has been created with just that in mind, a package that takes care of all the drinks options for your guest’s arrival or post-ceremony welcome drinks.
The one big welcome package is priced per guest, that way everyone is catered for with a selection of Pimm’s, Aperol Spritz, Bottled Beer and Conti D’Arco Prosecco along with soft drinks and flavoured water. The price per head is based on 100 guests and our pricing is dynamic so the more guests in attendance will mean your will pay less and vice versa, all sundry items such as ice, garnishes, staffing, setup, styling and travel are all included.

This package is 11.95+ VAT per head based on a minimum order of 100, we can cost for smaller weddings on request.
There are no hidden costs with our services. However, depending on the size of the event, a minimum order may apply for our advertised website prices to remain valid.
This is not always the case. For example, if drink packages are booked alongside our bar service, a minimum order is often not required.
If a minimum order does apply, we will always make this clear from the outset, ensuring you have full transparency when planning your event.
