From the very start Alex was so easy to communicate with, very professional and totally on the ball with everything. No detail went unnoticed and there was a great selection of drinks to be offered. The staff on the night really went above & beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The horse shoe bar was perfect to accommodate the amount of guests we had and a great focal point with plenty of room for guests to gather around the bar. From the very first call, Alex was nothing short of exceptional. He embodies everything you hope for when choosing suppliers for your wedding … he was professional, creative, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision a reality. And wow he did!!! No question was ever too much (and I had a lot of those), no request was ever too small, and he consistently went above and beyond to help throughout the entire planning process. It never felt transactional … it felt as though he cared about our wedding just as much as we did. Putting him and Penny together was the ultimate combo - he understood exactly the atmosphere and aesthetic we wanted to create and executed it flawlessly!!! The finished result was beyond anything we could have imagined. When we walked into our venue and saw the bar setup and the drinks our jaws dropped. The cocktails were not only absolutely delicious but so so beautifully presented, and they’re still being talked about by our guests!! Everyone’s on the hunt for a margarita that beats yours Alex but we’re yet to find it!! Every detail felt considered … even down to the bright orange garnishes on the Aperol Spritz that didn’t quite suit our theme …Alex actually sourced muted garnishes to complement the styling perfectly! It sounds like such a tiny detail, but it’s exactly that level of care, thoughtfulness and pride in his work that sets him apart. And his kindness didn’t stop when the bar closed. At the end of the night, when I couldn’t find my bag, Alex was right there to help me find it. After such a long day, when he could easily have been packing up and heading home, he still took the time to make sure I was ok and we were happy! If you’re looking for a bar team that delivers not only exceptional drinks but an exceptional experience from beginning to end, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Alex and the team enough!! Alex was great from the initial consultation right through to the big day. They have a great ethos, as they don't believe in putting up drink prices just because it's a wedding, so the drinks were very reasonably priced. The lady on the bar was incredible. I wish I could remember her name but the day was such a whirlwind. Everyone was saying how lovely she was and me and my maid of honour very much enjoyed going and having a chat while we were getting our drinks!
